Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful therapy that supports the body’s natural healing abilities. By applying specific pressure to reflex points on the feet, this non-invasive treatment helps restore balance, calm the nervous system, and relieve discomfort associated with stress and chronic conditions.
Each session at Willowgrove Wellness is guided by deep listening — to your body, your energy, and what feels most supportive for you in that moment.
Benefits of Reflexology:
○ Enhances circulation and lymphatic flow
○ Strengthens immune function
○ Reduces stress and anxiety
○ Supports hormonal balance
○ Improves sleep quality
○ Helps relieve chronic pain and tension
○ Revitalizes energy levels
○ Supports preventive health care
With over 14,000 nerve endings in the feet, reflexology stimulates neural pathways connected to organs, glands, and muscles throughout the body. This gentle stimulation helps clear stagnation, improve nerve communication, and invite the body into a state of deep relaxation and self-regulation.
Reflexology Offerings at Willowgrove Wellness
Laura offers two distinct reflexology experiences, inspired by both Western and Eastern traditions, allowing you to choose the depth, pace, and energetic quality that feels right for you.
🌸 Gentle Flow Reflexology
(Inspired by Western Reflexology – Ingham Method)
A calming, nurturing treatment designed to soothe the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. Using the Ingham Method, Laura applies precise, gentle pressure to reflex points on the feet to support circulation, reduce stress, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.
This approach is ideal if you are feeling overwhelmed, sensitive, depleted, or simply craving a softer, grounding experience.
👣 Deep Sole Reflexology
(Blending Eastern & Western Reflexology Traditions)
A revitalizing treatment that blends traditional Thai and Chinese reflexology techniques with the Ingham Method. Using hands and a wooden reflexology tool, Laura works more deeply into reflex points, fascia, and energetic pathways to release tension and restore flow.
This style is well-suited for those who enjoy firmer pressure, feel stagnant or heavy in the body, or are seeking a more invigorating experience. Pressure is always adjusted to meet your comfort level.

Foot Reflexology may be enjoyed as a standalone treatment or combined with Indian Head Massage for a more immersive, restorative experience.
