I am not a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). However, I am a fully insured health and wellness practitioner, as well as a Registered Reflexologist (RRPr) with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (RRCO). I have also completed formal training and hold certifications in Hot Stone Massage and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage through the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy.

Most insurance companies in Canada cover reflexology; however, it is up to the individual employer what health benefit package they purchase for their employees. If you check and find Reflexology is not covered, please consider sending this letter from the RRCO to your employer to request coverage.

Yes, I offer treatments for children; however, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before the session.

The following guidelines apply:

• Children under 12 – A parent/guardian must remain in the room for the entire session. A comfortable chair is available in the office.

• Ages 12-15 – A parent/guardian must remain on-site and provide written consent. They are welcome to stay in the room during the treatment.

• Ages 16-17 – Written parental consent is required, but the parent/guardian does not need to be present unless requested.

For comfort, children should wear appropriate clothing (e.g., shorts and a tank top) during their session. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
