The tuning forks used are a two-pronged, aluminum acoustic resonator that resonates at a specific pitch when struck with a mallet, creating a pure musical tone. Not only do we hear sound with our ears, which our brain processes, but we also perceive the pressure waves of sound through our skin. The sound waves produce a vibration that travels from the tuning fork into the body, which attunes the body's vibrations on a cellular level and the subtle energy level, restoring inner balance and health.
