Hō‘ola Lomi Massage

Hō‘ola Lomi Massage is a full-body experience rooted in the traditional Hawaiian art of Lomi. This work supports balance and alignment across the physical, emotional, and energetic body through intentional touch and wave-like movement. Hō‘ola means “to revive, heal, and bring life,” reflecting the intention of this massage to leave you feeling relaxed, restored, and renewed.

Lomi is more than a massage. It is a practice of presence, flow, and connection, guiding the body into deep relaxation where tension, stress, and holding patterns can soften. Using long, ocean-inspired strokes with the forearms, palms, and fingers, Hō‘ola Lomi creates a steady rhythm that encourages release, allows the nervous system to settle, and supports freer energy movement throughout the body.

Each session follows a traditional sequence that allows the body to settle into its own rhythm. Within this structure, the work is offered with attentiveness and sensitivity to your needs, supporting physical release, deep relaxation, and a sense of internal balance.

Laura completed her Lomi training in Hawaii at Ho‘omana Spa under the guidance of Kumu Jeana Iwalani Naluai, a native Hawaiian cultural practitioner, massage therapist, and physical therapist. Ho‘omana’s style of Lomi comes from six lineages of Hawaiian elders, and these teachings are shared with deep respect for their roots and traditions. Laura continues to practice and deepen her understanding of this work with care and intention.
